摘要 为了减小舰炮射击过程中整炮振动,基于简化的三自由度舰炮与平台系统振动模型,进行了舰炮系统整体振动分析及结构参数优化的相关研究。通过建立三自由度系统下的运动动力学微分方程,在一定条件下求得舰炮系统的无阻尼固有振动频率和有阻尼固有频率,分析了舰炮系统的射击静止性和稳定性条件,并计算得到不同时刻舰炮系统整体跳角的位移方程。结合某型舰炮实例,根据安装条件中的约束力与结构参数函数关系,采用函数寻优算法获得该型舰炮结构参数最优解,通过振动案例表明结构参数优化在舰炮减振中的重要作用。 In order to reduce overall vibration of the whole naval gun in the process of firing,the paper studied the overall vibration and the structural parameters optimization based on the simplified vibration model of the three-degree-of-freedom naval gun and platform system.First of all,the differential equation of kinematic dynamics for the three-degree-of-freedom system was established.Then,the undamped inherent vibration frequency and damped inherent frequency of the naval gun system were obtained under certain conditions.And the paper analyzed the static and stability conditions of the gun system,and the displacement equation of the overall jump angle of the naval gun system by calculation at different times was obtained.Finally,based on the functional relationship of installation condition between binding force and structural parameters,the paper carried through structural parameter optimum designed for actual example by using the function optimization algorithm for a certain naval gun.And the analysis of the case proves the importance of structural parameters optimization in the vibration reduction of naval gun.
