链式回转弹仓系统振动特性分析

摘要 为研究链式回转弹仓系统振动特性,根据弹仓刚体动力学方程,推导出主动链轮角位移解析解的近似表达式,在此基础上考虑弹筒侧壁的柔性,建立炮弹和弹筒碰撞模型,将板簧刚度及其安装位置作为设计变量,分析炮弹在运弹过程中的姿态扰动,进一步考虑连发射击条件下载弹量减小对弹仓运动规律的影响,得到电机驱动力矩的修正方法,并结合数值仿真结果验证方法的有效性。研究表明:利用拉普拉斯变换方法可以快速求解链轮转动角位移和角速度变化规律;仅考虑炮弹滑移的情况下,增大板簧刚度以及降低板簧的安装位置有利于控制炮弹晃动位移幅值;通过修正电机的驱动力矩,可以减小弹仓交接弹药的时间误差和炮弹在弹筒内的位置误差。研究结果对于弹仓系统的精细化设计具有应用价值。 In order to study the vibration characteristics of rotational chain-type shell magazine system,the approximate analytic expressive solution to the active wheel angular displacement of the active sprocket wheel was derived,based on the kinetic equation of the magazine rigid body.Considering the flexibility of the side wall of the cartridge holder,the collision model of projectile and cartridge holder was built,with the attitude disturbance of projectile calculated by taking the stiffness of the plate spring and its installation position as design variables.In light of the influence of ammunition load capacity reduction on the motion law of the magazine under continuous firing conditions,the correction method of motor driving torque was obtained and verified by combining the numerical simulation results.Results show that the wheel angular displacement and angular velocity change of the sprocket wheel can be solved quickly with the Laplace transformation method;under the assumption of projectile slipping,increasing the stiffness of the plate spring and lowering the installation position are beneficial to controlling the displacement amplitude of projectile shaking;the time error of ammunition hand over from the magazine and the position error of projectile shaking can be reduced by modifying the driving torque of the motor.The research results have application value for the fine design of the magazine system.
