本文梳理了测评机构SmartAsset发布的《美国最宜跑城市》排名所采用的评价标准,重点研究连续两年排名第一的弗吉尼亚州阿灵顿城,对阿灵顿城最热跑步线路进行分析研究,将其分为绿道线路、公园线路与街道线路三种类型,初步探究城市宜跑线路的类型与基本特征,为打造城市宜跑线路提供理论基础。

This paper reviewed the ranking method of The Best cities in the U.S.for runners released by SmartAsset,focusing on Arlington,Virginia,which has ranked first for two consecutive years and analyzing the running routes in Arlington.The paper divided the running routes into Trail Route,Park Route,and Street Route,preliminary explore the basic characteristics,which could provide the theoretical foundation for building cities which are best for runners.
