Mahuang Lianyao Chixiaodou Decoction is the classic prescription of treating Heat stasis in internal Yangming,and doctors in later times combined with the prescription ideas and medication greatly broaden the clinical application of this prescription,but the discussion on the treatment of Damp-Heat cough is still rare.From the core pathogenesis of Mahuang Lianyao Chixiaodou decoction,as well as the etiology and pathogenesis of Damp-Heat cough,syndrome characteristics,this article closely focuses on the related original text of Treatise on Typhoid Fever and shows that Mahuang Lianyao Chixiaodou decoction and the rule of Dampness-Heat cough is in line with the rule of law correspondingly.In addition,it is explained by a clinical case that Mahuang Lianyao Chixiaodou decoction is a classic prescription for treating Damp-Heat cough.
