摘要
为了解优化虚拟仪表在光照下产生炫目对驾驶员驾驶感知的影响,通过VOC、QFD等工具分析客户抱怨情况并定义问题来源,利用视觉仿真方法获得各种工况下不同布置方案的包含驾驶员视觉仿真图像及每一像素点的光学信息,数据采用CTQ视觉对比度计算法进行数据对比与分析,对比分析了不同屏幕材质及工艺形成的反射率对驾驶员视觉感知的影响,通过该设计流程和表面处理方式,可在设计阶段对虚拟仪表在乘用车驾驶舱的光学干扰进行有效评估,为人机舒适性相关设计与优化提供指导。
In order to solve the influence of glaring produced by the optimized virtual instrument on the driver's driving perception under the light,through VOC,QFD and other tools to analyze the customer complaints and define the source of the problem,the visual simulation method is used to obtain the driver's visual simulation image and each pixel optical information of different layout schemes under various working conditions,and the data is compared and analyzed by the CTQ visual contrast calculation method.Through the design process and surface treatment,the optical interference of the virtual instrument in the passenger car cockpit can be effectively evaluated in the design stage,providing guidance for the design and optimization of human-machine comfort.
