轻型OVC-HEV汽车NIRCO系统研究

摘要 文章研究了轻型车国六排放阶段可外接充电式混合动力汽车(简称OVC-HEV)非整体式仅控制加油排放炭罐系统(简称NIRCO系统)的蒸发与加油排放解决方案。通过国六蒸发与加油排放试验流程的分析与试验,阐述了OVC-HEV采用NIRCO系统及高压密闭油箱的必要性;通过高温和高原试验阐述了高压密闭油箱耐压设计范围及其合理性;通过加油和泄压试验确定了NIRCO系统高压密闭油箱的炭罐容积计算方法。 In this article,the evaporation and refueling emission solutions of the non-integrated refueling emission canister system(NIRCO system)that can be connected to an external plug-in hybrid vehicle(OVC-HEV)for light-duty vehicles in the National VI emission stage are studied.Through the analysis and test of the national VI evaporation and refueling discharge test process,the necessity of the OVC-HEV to adopt the NIRCO system and high-pressure airtight fuel tank is explained;The design range and rationality of the pressure resistance of the high-pressure closed fuel tank through high temperature and plateau tests are explained;The calculation method of the canister volume of the high-pressure sealed fuel tank of the NIRCO system is determined through the refueling and pressure relief test.
