基于PD-1/PD-L1的联合免疫治疗在癌症中的研究进展

Research progress of combination immunotherapy based on PD-1/PD-L1 in cancer

随着医学的发展,免疫治疗已极大地改变了癌症的治疗方案。然而,在缓解率与治疗持续时间方面仍存在着明显的局限性和尚未解决的问题。如某些患者免疫治疗有疗效,而有些患者没有。联合使用不同的免疫试剂或其他药物可以有效解决免疫治疗没有疗效的情况,从而增加免疫治疗成功的机会和推迟获得耐药性。这篇综述整理了相关联合治疗方案,特别是针对黑色素瘤、肝细胞癌患者,以及在肺癌中取得良好效果的免疫治疗联合化学治疗策略,以便针对癌症患者开发更有效的免疫疗法。

With the development of medicine,immunotherapy has greatly changed the treatment of cancer.H owever,there are still obvious lim itations and unsolved problem s in the rem ission rate and treatm ent duration.For exam ple,im m unotherapy is effective in some patients,but not in others.Combined use of different immune reagents or other m edicine can effectively solve the problem of ineffective immunotherapy,thus increasing the chance of successful im m unotherapy and delaying the acquisition of drug resistance.In this review,we have sorted out the relevant com bination treatm ent schemes,especially for melanoma,hepatocellular carcinoma patients,and the strategies of immunotherapy combined with chemotherapy which have achieved remarkable results in lung cancer,so as to develop more effective immunotherapy for cancer patients.
