摘要
针对某星型空压机辐射噪声较大的问题,对其辐射噪声进行了测试,了解了其噪声特性;根据实际情况设计了三型进气系统消声器,并对它们的降噪效果进行了对比分析;通过对消声器内部速度场和压力场进行分析,得到了相应的分布云图,找到了该型消声器的关键作用部位及尺寸,为该型星型空压机的噪声控制提供了有益参考。
In order to solve the problem of large radiated noise of a star type air compressor,the radiated noise was tested,and its noise characteristics were mastered.According to the actual situation,three types of mufflers were designed,and the effect of noise reduction effect was compared and analyzed.Through the distribution cloud chart of velocity field and pressure field inside the muffler,the key position and size of the muffler were found,which provided a useful reference for the noise control of the compressor.
