基于数据挖掘分析李学麟教授运用小青龙汤临床经验

Analysis of professor Li Xuelin's clinical experience using Xiaoqinglong decoction based on data mining

目的:基于“古今医案云平台”,挖掘李学麟运用小青龙汤的临床经验。方法:选取李学麟在福建省人民医院应用小青龙汤为主方的医案,应用“古今医案云平台(V2.1)”构建数据库,挖掘数据,分析李学麟运用小青龙汤的规律。结果:李学麟运用小青龙汤治疗的病种中医主要为咳嗽、哮病、感冒等,西医主要为支气管炎、哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺病等;证候多为表寒里饮证、风痰犯肺证、风寒犯肺证;用药以温热性药物为主;常用中药组合有蜜麻黄-火单苦杏仁、蜜麻黄-射干、法半夏-茯苓等。结论:运用“古今医案云平台”可客观发掘李学麟临床运用小青龙汤的诊疗及用药规律。

Objective:Based on the"Cloud Platform of Ancient and Modern Medical Cases",explore the clinical experience of Professor Li Xuelin using Xiaoqinglong decoction.Methods:Taking the medical records of professor Li Xuelin in Fujian Provincial People’s Hospital as the data source,select the relevant medical records with Xiaoqinglong decoction as the main prescription,and apply the"People’s Medi-cal Cloud Platform(V2.1)"Build a database,use frequency analysis,association rules and other methods for data mining,and analyze professor Li Xuelin’s use of Xiaoqinglong Tang’s disease type,syndrome,drug frequency and association rules of Chinese medicine combinations.Results:professor Li Xuelin used Xiaoqinglong decoction to treat diseases such as cough,wheezing,and cold,while Western medicine mainly treated bronchitis,asthma,and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Wind sputum offending lung syndrome,wind cold offending lung syndrome;medication is mainly based on warm drugs;commonly used Chinese medicine combinations are honey ephedrabitter almond,honey ephedra-shegan,pinellia-Poria.Conclusion:Using the"Plain and Modern Medical Case Cloud Platform"can objec-tively discover the clinical diagnosis and treatment rules of professor Li Xuelin’s clinical application of Xiaoqinglong decoction,and pro-vide an objective basis for the inheritance and development of the experience of famous doctors.
