机械作用对强碱三元乳状液稳定性的影响

摘要 油田强碱三元体系采出液运移和输送过程中产生乳化作用,造成输送能耗增加、油水分离难度增加。以室内模拟油水机械乳化方法,研究了水油体积比、乳化速率和乳化时间对强碱三元乳化体系乳状液稳定性的影响,并基于油相含水率和水相含油量对试验数据进行了分析。结果表明:水油体积比从9∶1降低到1∶4,乳状液的稳定性增强;乳化速率从10000 r/min增加到20000 r/min,静沉后油相含水率和水相含油量均增加;乳化时间从1 min增加到10 min,乳状液稳定性先增加后降低,乳化时间为3~5 min时乳状液稳定性最强;基于正交试验分析得出,乳化速率对乳状液稳定性的影响最大,说明采出体系流动过程中,管线变径、阀门等部位产生的扰动会导致采出液发生二次乳化。研究结果为现场判断乳化影响因素、采取治理措施提供了依据。 The emulsifying action caused in the process of the produced liquid migration and transportation of the ASP system in an oilfield can result in the increases of the transporting energy loss and the difficulty in the oil-water separation.Through the indoor simulated oil-water mechanical emulsification,the effects of the water-oil volume ratio,emulsifying rate and its time on the emulsion stability of strong alkaline ASP emulsification system were studied.Based on the oil-phase water content and water-phase oil content,the experimental data were analyzed.The results show that when the water-oil volume ratio is reduced from 9∶1 to 1∶4,the stability of the emulsion is enhanced;the emulsifying rate increases from 10000 r/min to 20000 r/min,and the oil-phase water content and water-phase oil content both increase after the static settling.As the emulsifying time increases from 1min to 10 min,the emulsion stability increases first and then decreases;the emulsion stability is the strongest when the emulsifying time is 3~5 min.Based on the orthogonal experimental analysis,the emulsifying rate is the most important influencing factor on the stability of emulsion,which indicates during the flow process of the production system,the disturbances caused by the pipe diameter alteration and the valve will cause the secondary emulsification of the produced liquid.The research results have provided a basis for judging the influencing factors of emulsification and taking control measures on site.
