miR-214与细胞自噬在骨质疏松发生发展过程中的作用机制研究进展

摘要 骨质疏松症严重危害骨骼肌肉系统健康,其发病机制并未完全阐明,目前认为是一种多因素、多基因疾病。近年来大量研究聚焦在微小RNA(miRNA)和细胞自噬在骨质疏松中的作用,这也成为该领域的研究热点。miRNA具有多种生物学功能,并在转录后水平发挥调节蛋白表达与功能的作用,可促使细胞诱导分化、增殖、迁移、生长发育和凋亡。而自噬可能在成骨细胞或破骨细胞退变过程中起到重要作用。已有研究提示miRNA特别是miR-214有可能通过一些靶基因调节细胞自噬,从而影响骨质疏松的发生发展。 Osteoporosis is seriously harmful to the health of skeletal muscle system,and its pathog enesis is not fullyelucidated.Osteoporosis is considered to be a multi-factor and multi-gene disease.A large number of studies have focused on the role of microRNA and autophagy in osteoporosis in recent years,which has become a hotspot in this field.MicroRNA has a variety of biological functions and plays a role in regulating protein expression and function at the post-transcriptional level,which can promote cells to differentiation,proliferation,migration,growth,development and apoptosis.Autophagy may also play an important role in the degeneration of osteoblasts or osteoclasts.Studies have suggested that microRNA,especially miR-214,may regulate autophagy through some target genes,and thus influence the occurrence and development of osteoporosis.
