政府支持、社会融入与生态移民贫困脆弱性——基于陕南生态移民区的调查数据

Government Support,Social Integration and Poverty Vulnerability of Ecological Migration——Based on Survey Data of Ecological Migration Areas in Southern Shaanxi

本文利用陕南生态移民区531户生态移民户的调研数据,运用层次回归模型,实证分析了政府支持、社会融入对生态移民贫困脆弱性的影响效应,并对社会融入在政府支持影响生态移民贫困脆弱性关系中的中介效应进行了检验。研究发现,政府支持对生态移民贫困脆弱性有显著负向影响,政府支持每增加1个单位,贫困脆弱性就会降低9.45%;政府支持对社会融入有显著正向影响,政府支持每增加1个单位,社会融入水平会提高62.47%;社会融入对生态移民贫困脆弱性有显著负向影响,社会融入水平提高1个单位,贫困脆弱性就会降低6.68%,并且社会融入在政府支持影响生态移民贫困脆弱性的关系中存在中介效应,中介效应占总效应的比重为4.44%。

According to the survey data of 531 ecological migration households in southern Shaanxi and using hierarchical regression model,this paper empirically analyzes the effects of government support and social integration on the poverty vulnerability of ecological migration,and tests the mediating effects of social integration on the relationship between government support and poverty vulnerability of ecological migration.The results show that,firstly,government support has a significant negative impact on poverty vulnerability of ecological migrants.If the government support is increased by 1unit,the poverty vulnerability will be reduced by 9.45%.Secondly,government support has a significant positive impact on social integration.If government support is increased by 1unit,the level of social integration will be increased by 62.47%.Finally,social integration has a significant negative impact on the poverty vulnerability of ecological immigrants.If social integration is increased by 1unit,poverty vulnerability will be reduced by 6.68%.Moreover,social integration has an intermediary effect in the relationship between government support and poverty vulnerability of ecological migration,accounting for 4.44%of the total effect.
