政府支持、企业R&D投入与技术创新绩效关系研究

Research on the Relationship among Government Support,EnterpriseR&D Investment and Technological Innovation Performance

随着“双创”时代的到来,越来越多的企业意识到技术创新的关键作用。企业是技术创新的主体,政府支持是激励企业技术创新的基本方式,探讨政府支持对企业技术创新绩效的影响具有一定的理论与现实价值。本文研究结果表明:(1)政府支持对企业技术创新绩效具有显著正向影响。(2)政府支持对企业R&D投入具有显著正向影响。(3)企业R&D投入在政府支持与技术创新绩效关系间具有中介作用。(4)与国有企业相比,非国有企业的R&D投入强度对技术创新绩效的影响更强;与中小型企业相比,大型企业的R&D投入强度对技术创新绩效的影响更强。

With the arrival of double innovation era,more and more enterprises have realized the key role of technological innovation.Enterprises are the mainstay of technological innovation,government support is the basic way to stimulate enterprise’technological innovation performance.It has important theoretical and practical significance to explore the impact of government support on technological innovation performance of enterprises.The results of this paper show that:(1)Government support has a significant positive impact on technological innovation performance.(2)Government support has a significant positive impact on enterprise R&D investment.(3)R&D investment plays a mediating role in the relationship between government support and technological innovation performance.(4)Compared with state-owned enterprises,R&D investment of non-state-owned enterprises have a stronger impact on technological innovation performance.Compared with small and medium-sized enterprises,R&D investment of large enterprises have a stronger impact on technological innovation performance.
