摘要
以薄壁弯管为研究对象,根据钣金成形软件分析了弯管成形过程中存在的问题,从弯管成形和模具设计方面优化了零件的成形工艺,提出了控制防皱块的前端与滚轮切点距离和减小防皱块与滚轮之间的间隙的工艺方案以改善弯管褶皱。根据实际生产经验补偿了弯管的回弹,并列出了不同材料、管径和壁厚的回弹值。从弯管模结构、模具工作原理、模具主要零件设计等方面阐述了弯管模的设计,并进行了相应的计算,将设计的弯管模应用于生产,得到了合格的成形零件。
Taking a thin-walled bend tube as a research object,the technology scheme was put for⁃ward to control the distance of the head of wrinkly piece to the tangential point of the roller and re⁃duce the gap of the wrinkly piece and the roller by analyzing the problem of the forming process of bend tube according the software of the sheet metal forming.The springback was compensated ac⁃cording the experience of the actual production and listed under the different material,tube path,walls.The bending die design was described from the aspects of the die structure,the die working principle,the main parts of the die design,and the calculation was carried.The design of the bend⁃ing die was applied to produce to get the qualified parts.
