摘要
介绍了基于平板硫化机的摩托车胎活络模具结构设计,讨论了模具的开合模过程、开模行程及楔紧块的设计。针对模具在开模时会对子午胎钢丝帘线角度及间距的破坏,采用了活络模具并运用了顺序开模方式,不但减少了对轮胎的破坏,也延长了模具的使用寿命。
The structure design of the segment mould for a motorcycle tire was presented based on curing press.The opening and closing process of the mould,the opening stroke,and the locking wedge design were discussed.Aiming at the damage to the angle and spacing of radial tire steel cord in the mould opening process,the segment mould and the sequential opening mode were used.It not only reduced the damage to the tire,but also increased the service life of the mould.
