基于OBE理念的模具专业群课程体系构建

Construction of curriculum system of die&mould specialty group based on OBE concept

为了服务京津冀地区装备制造业的转型升级,培育更多企业急需的技术技能型人才,模具专业群基于成果导向(OBE)理念,面向先进制造企业、相关院校及毕业生展开了关于企业职业岗位与对应核心专业能力要求的调研。通过调研了解行业最新发展趋势,掌握企业急需岗位与核心能力的要求,在此基础上,深入剖析岗位核心能力培养与支撑课程间的关系,构建了与产业链协同发展的高职模具专业群课程体系。

In order to serve the upgrading requirements of manufacturing industry in Beijing-Tian⁃jin-Hebei region and cultivate more talents urgently needed by enterprises,the die&mould spe⁃cialty group conducted a research based on outcomes-based education(OBE)concept.The pur⁃pose of the research was to find out job needs and corresponding specific professional compe⁃tence requirements form advanced manufacturing enterprises,related institutions and graduates.Through the research,the latest industry development trend was understood,and the relationships between jobs urgently needed in the enterprise and their requirements of core competencies were mastered.Then,through in-depth analysis of the relationship between core competence training and supporting courses,a curriculum system for specialty group of die&mould was established,which in line with the requirements of industrial chain development.
