摘要
本文系统阐述了新加坡国境卫生检疫管理体制机制、传染病应急管理体制及主要法律法规要求,深入分析其国境卫生检疫制度及主要特点。在此基础上,提出优化完善我国国境卫生检疫、传染病应急管理等相关制度措施的针对性建议。
This paper systematically described the mechanism of frontier health quarantine management system,infectious disease emergency management system,and main laws and regulations requirements of Singapore,then deeply analyzed frontier health quarantine system and its main features.On this basis,put forward measures and suggestions to optimize and improve laws and regulations of frontier health quarantine and infectious disease emergency management in China.
