摘要 近年来,新能源汽车工业在续航能力、电池技术、维护管理等方面取得了长足的进步。消费者对新能源汽车的关注度与认可度逐年提高。车载冷却系统是新能源汽车整车管理的重要组成部分。其功能是根据整车控制器的指令,驱动冷却液循环,降低整车关键部位的温度,保障整车系统的正常运行。本文基于PWM原理,设计了一款新能源车载冷却系统。该系统利用PWM信号与放大电路,驱动冷却水泵运行;并且采集反馈信号,监测其运行状态。本系统的设计思路对新能源车载冷却系统的设计开发具有一定的借鉴意义。 In recent years,the new energy vehicle industry has made great progress in endurance,battery technology,maintenance and management.Consumers'attention and recognition of new energy vehicles are increasing year by year.Vehicle cooling system is an important part of new energy vehicle management.Its function is to drive the coolant circulation according to the instructions of the vehicle controller unit,reduces the temperature of the key parts of the vehicle,and ensures the normal operation of the vehicle system.Based on PWM principle,this paper designs a new energy vehicle cooling system.The system uses PWM signal and amplifier circuit to drive the cooling water pump to run,and collects feed back the signal to monitor its running state.The design idea of this system has certain reference significance for the design and development of new energy vehicle cooling system.
