在新的时代背景下,世情、国情、党情与校情都发生了重大的变化。高校共青团必须发挥共青团组织的政治性、先进性、群众性,也必须发挥培养人才、发展科技、服务社会的职能。因此,以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,将服务青年的工作作为高校共青团一切工作的核心与底线,重塑共青团组织与青年群体的关系,从意识观念、学习本领、健全制度和完善体系四个方面入手,着力提高高校共青团服务青年的能力,是新时代的重要课题。

Under the background of the new era,major changes have taken place in the world,the country,the party and the school.The Communist Youth League in colleges and universities must give full play to the political,advanced,and mass nature of the Communist Youth League organization,as well as the function of cultivating talents,developing science and technology,and serving society.Therefore,guided by Xi Jinping’s new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the work of serving youth is the core and bottom line of all the work of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities,and the relationship between the Communist Youth League organization and the youth group should be reshaped.Starting from the four aspects of the system and focusing on improving the ability of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities to serve young people is an important topic in the new era.
