褐藻酸、褐藻酸盐是非常重要的工业原料。由于其具有无毒、抗氧化、生物相容性高等优点,被广泛应用于各个领域中,近年来国内褐藻酸工业发展迅速,但生产及应用方面仍存在不足,有待加强和改进。该文对褐藻酸/褐藻酸盐的提取方法,主要包括水提法、酶解法、化学法和超声辅助提取法等的原理及优缺点进行综述,并介绍褐藻酸、褐藻酸盐在食品、生物医学、日化等领域的应用情况,为褐藻酸/褐藻酸盐的生产和应用提供参考和建议。

Alginic acid/alginate is a very important industrial raw material.Due to its advantages of non-toxicity,anti-oxidation and high biocompatibility,it is widely used in various fields.In recent years,the domestic alginic acid industry has developed rapidly,but there are still deficiencies in production and application,which need to be strengthened and improved.The principles,advantages and disadvantages of alginic acid,alginate extraction methods,including water extraction,enzymatic hydrolysis,chemical methods,and ultrasonic-assisted extraction were reviewed.The application situation of acid,alginate in the fields of medicine and daily chemical industry was introduced in order to provide references and suggestions for the production and application of alginic acid,alginate.
