摘要
车灯故障诊断是行车安全非常重要的部分。如何让驾驶员更好地感知汽车照明和信号单元在行车中的故障,也一直是行业面临的共同难题。基于目前电路诊断的定义及原理,以及目前LED车灯驱动采用的电阻式、线性电路以及芯片式电路结构三者的差异,提出基于PWM的车灯多功能诊断设计解决方案,通过优化故障诊断机制,解决转向灯故障报错的问题。这种设计思路,对于设计方案的成本控制以及模块化的设计思路实现,具有一定的指导作用。
Auto lamp diagnosis is very critical to ensure the driving security,however,how to ensure the driver perceive more conveniently the default caused by auto lamp is always a universal problem among all industrials.The paper begins with the principle of default diagnosis and the classification of LED driver's schematics of resistors,lineal and micro-chip driver,puts forwardthe multi-functional circuit for diagnose realization based on PWM and solve the problem of direction indicator default.This concept will be of great significance for conception cost control and standardization of LED control circuit in the future.
