蓝莓园建园选址与优质种植管理

摘要 蓝莓在我国东部山区、半山区栽植较多,含有丰富维生素、膳食纤维和矿物质等营养元素,具有较高的营养价值。蓝莓中含有大量独特的花青素,是极强的抗氧化剂,具有延缓衰老功效。蓝莓中还含有丰富的钙、铁、磷、钾、锌等微量矿物元素,含量高于其它水果,被称为“水果皇后”和“浆果之王”。
