晋西北抗日根据地煤矿业发展策略——以《抗战日报》为中心的考察

A Study on Development Tactics of Coal Industry in Northwest Shanxi Anti-Japanese Base——Centered on Anti-Japanese War Daily

抗战时期,中国共产党创建了晋西北抗日根据地,为求得生存和实现持久抗战,恢复和发展根据地的经济建设就至为重要。《抗战日报》创刊后以“建设晋西北”为基本任务之一,基于煤矿业在根据地工业体系中的重要地位,将煤矿业发展成效作为主要的宣传内容,极大地鼓舞了抗日军民的昂扬士气和生产热情,促进了煤矿业的持续发展,体现了舆论宣传的动员作用。本文试图以《抗战日报》为视角,总结出边区政府在发展煤矿业中所采取的科学策略,彰显党的新闻媒体在抗战时期的伟大贡献。

During the War of Resistance Against Japan,the Communist Party of China established the Anti-Japanese Base in the Northwest of Shanxi Province.In order to survive and achieve a lasting resistance,it is important to restore and develop the economic construction of the base areas.After the inauguration of the"Anti-Japanese War Daily",one of the basic tasks was to"build the northwestern Shanxi"and based on the important position of coal mining in the industrial system of the base areas.Therefore,the development achievements of the coal mining industry were taken as the main publicity content,which greatly encouraged the morale of the anti-Japanese military and civilians.And the enthusiasm for production has further promoted the continuous development of coal mining and reflected the mobilization of public opinion.This article attempts to use the"Anti-Japanese War Daily"as a perspective to summarize the scientific strategy adopted by the anti-Japanese bases in the development of coal mining and demonstrate its great contribution during the War of Resistance.
