The Path and Promotion Strategy of Transformation and Upgrading of Manufacturing Industry in Henan Province under the Background of High-quality Economic Development

从河南省制造业转型升级的外部条件入手,分析河南省制造业转型升级面临的四大突出问题。针对制造业技术水平不高、产业结构不合理、市场应变能力弱、政策支持力度不够等问题,提出未来应该制定合适的宏观产业政策,推进制造业产业网络化、增加科技投入,推进科技成果转化、建立健全人才储备机制,以推进制造业转型升级。

Starting from the internal and external conditions of the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry in Henan Province, this paper analyzes the path of the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry in Henan Province. In view of the problems of low technology level, unreasonable industrial structure, weak market adaptability and insufficient policy support, it is suggested that appropriate macro industrial policies should be formulated in the future to promote the networking of manufacturing industries, increase investment in science and technology, promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and establish and improve the talent reserve mechanism in order to promote the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry.
