摘要
针对垃圾箱发出的异味污染空气,同时异味也会给环卫工人在处理垃圾箱内垃圾时造成较大的阻碍的情况,设计一种自动挑选分隔的智能分类垃圾箱,该垃圾箱通过湿度传感器感应所扔进来的垃圾干湿程度,若湿度适宜便将垃圾通入存料箱,若湿度过高控制器便驱使加热管通电对垃圾进行加热处理,在达到适宜湿度后通过电动伸缩杆收缩将挡板下拉而打开存料箱通道,使得较为干燥的垃圾落入到存料箱内。该过程具有对湿度较高的垃圾在进入到存料箱前进行干燥处理后才与箱内的其他垃圾混杂一块的作用,使得垃圾的腐蚀与分解时间得到有效缓解,避免湿性垃圾在箱体内产生异味的现象,还便于后期环卫工人对箱内垃圾的相应处理。
In view of the air pollution caused by the odour emitted by the garbage bin, which will also cause great obstacles to the sanitation workers in the disposal of garbage in the garbage bin, an automatic selection and separation intelligent sorting bin is designed. If the humidity is appropriate, the garbage is put into the storage bin. This process has the function of mixing the high humidity garbage with other garbage in the box after drying before entering the storage box, so that the corrosion and decomposition time of the garbage can be effectively alleviated, and avoid wet garbage in the box to produce odour phenomenon, facilitate the later sanitation workers in the box garbage treatment.
