目前建筑工程项目管理工作大多还是停留在较为低级的阶段,效率低下、设计错误多,参与建设的各方缺少一个统一的沟通管理平台,引发各种冲突、忙乱。阐述了BIM技术的概念,分析了BIM技术应用对于项目管理现状的颠覆性改造,研究了BIM技术大力推广的主要阻碍和解决办法,希望通过BIM技术可以彻底改变目前建筑工程项目管理的面貌。

At present, most of the construction project management work is still in a relatively low-level stage, with low efficiency and many design errors. The parties involved in the construction lack a unified communication and management platform, which causes various conflicts and confusion. This paper expounds the concept of BIM technology, analyzes the subversive transformation of the application of BIM technology to the present situation of project management,and studies the main obstacles and solutions promotion of BIM technology, which hopes that through BIM technology can completely change the current construction project management face.
