摘要
构建及优化国有企业人才保障体系,是充分发挥国有企业人才潜力的一个重要条件,也是防止国有企业人才流失的一个重要手段。文章阐述国有企业人才保障体系建设的现状,分析国有企业人才保障体系不完善的原因,明确国有企业人才保障体系建设的战略目标,提出国有企业人才保障体系建设完善与升级的措施。
Constructing and optimizing the talent security system of state-owned enterprises is an important condition to give full play to the talent potential of state-owned enterprises. It is also an important means to prevent the brain drain of state-owned enterprises. This paper expounds the present situation of the construction of the talent security system in state-owned enterprises, analyzes the reasons for the imperfection of the talent security system in state-owned enterprises, and clarifies the strategic objectives of the construction of the talent security system in state-owned enterprises.The measures to perfect and upgrade the talent security system in state-owned enterprises are put forward.
