摘要
以660 MW燃煤发电机组三塔合一间接空冷系统为研究对象,空冷系统的散热器采用垂直立式布置,通过数值模拟的方法对塔内结构的不同位置情况进行换热模拟,并以换热量和各扇区出口水温为评价标准,得出不同方案下的换热效果。结果显示,方案A换热效果更好,为经济运行提供参考。
Taking 660 MW coal-fired generator set as the research object, the radiator of the air-cooled system adopts vertical arrangement, and simulates the heat transfer in different positions of the tower structure by numerical simulation. The heat transfer and outlet water temperature of each sector are taken as the evaluation criteria to obtain the heat transfer effect under different schemes. According to the results, the heat transfer effect A the scheme is better, which provides a reference for economic operation.
