摘要
针对某APU试车中发生的燃油伺服控制装置漏油故障问题,采用了FTA(故障树)的方法,系统分析了可能导致故障发生的各项因素,并且从设计和工艺两个方面制定和实施了针对性的措施。措施实施后,不再发生同类型漏油问题,减少了重复试车造成的经济浪费,为同类问题的解决和预防提供了思路。
In view of the oil leakage fault of the fuel servo control device occurred in the test run of an APU, the FTA(fault tree)method is adopted to analyze the factors that may lead to the failure, and the corresponding measures are formulated and implemented from two aspects of design and process. After the implementation of the measures, the same type of oil leakage will no longer occur, which reduces the economic waste caused by repeated test run, and provides ideas for the solution and prevention of similar problems.
