农村思想脱贫的时代诉求与路径选择——以湖南省十八洞村为例

Times Demand and Path Selection of Rural Ideological Poverty Alleviation——A Case Study of Shibadong Village,Hunan Province

从思想建设角度出发推进农村脱贫,辅之以十八洞村的成功脱贫案例做进一步阐明。从完成阶段性发展目标、实现农村群体精准脱贫、再校验实践积累产物的三“需要”方面阐明群众思想脱贫的时代诉求;并提出要认识农村群体的特殊性、针对性进行思想扶贫,制定思想脱贫预案、辩证看待优与劣,注重思想脱贫、施以多举措扶贫,发挥人、力的优势,深入推进农村精准脱贫。本研究对脱贫攻坚工作的顺利完成、更好实现乡村振兴亦产生一定的启发意义和实践价值。

The promotion of poverty alleviation in rural areas under the perspective of ideological construction is supplemented by a successful poverty alleviation case of Shibadong Village for further clarification.The demands of the times for the masses to get rid of poverty were clarified from three needs:the fulfillment of interim stage development goals,the realization of the precise poverty alleviation for rural groups,and the re-checking of practice accumulation products.Certain proposals were put forward such as to recognize the peculiarities of rural groups,to carry out targeted ideological poverty alleviation,to formulate ideological poverty alleviation plan,to see the pros and cons didactically,to focus on ideological poverty alleviation,to carry out various kinds of measures to help the poor,to give full play to the advantages of people and power,and to further promote the targeted poverty alleviation in rural areas.It also has some enlightening significance and practical value to the successful completion of poverty alleviation program and the better realization of rural revitalization.
