新时代大学生榜样文化认同的生成机理与路径选择 被引量:2

摘要 大学生榜样文化认同是指个体将榜样文化中所凝聚的思想观念和行为准则内化于心、外化于行的心理过程。新时代加强大学生榜样文化认同是建设社会主义文化强国的必然要求,助推高等教育实现内涵式发展以及利于培养担任民族大任的时代新人。理性认知、情感共鸣、意志深化、行为实践分别对应大学生榜样文化认同的内化起点、关键步骤、核心环节、最终归宿,这四个环节构成了一个较为完整的循环过程。通过坚持教育引导、注重实践养成、优化校园文化、推动媒体融合等路径,全面提升大学生榜样文化认同的实效性和有效性。 The model cultural identity of college students refers to the psychological process in which individuals internalize and externalize the ideas and codes of conduct embodied in the role model culture.In the new era,strengthening the role model cultural identity of college students is related to the future and destiny of our party and our country,boosting the connotative development of higher education and conducive to cultivating newcomers of the era who are responsible for the nation.Rational cognition,emotional resonance,will deepening,and behavioral practice respectively correspond to the internalized starting point,key steps,core links,and final destination of college students'role model cultural identity.All of these four links constitute a relatively complete cycle.By insisting on educational guidance,focusing on practice,optimizing campus culture,and promoting media integration,the effectiveness and validity of college students'role model cultural identity can be fully improved.
