纪录片创作类课程在各高校广播电视编导专业的培养方案中占有很重要的地位。某高校广播电视编导专业纪录片课程长期以来缺乏变化,创作环节困难未引起重视,导致鲜有优质作品诞生。教学过程中进行了一系列尝试,并结合新媒体背景,践行了若干行之有效的创新探索,以期进一步将纪录片创作人才培养合理化,并逐步建立符合社会需求的培养体系。

Courses for producing documentary films occupy a very important position in the training programs for university students majoring in radio&television editing and directing.The documentary film courses for students majoring in radio&television editing and directing in our university have gone through little changes for a long time,and due importance has not been attached to the difficulties in documentary film production,leading to the emergence of few high-quality works.In recent years,the writer of this article has made several attempts to change it for the better by combining the background of new media environment and carrying out a few feasible innovative exploration for the purpose of further rationalizing the training of documentary film production talents and gradually establishing a training system in line with social needs.
