“以人为中心的照护”理念下的认知症照料空间环境研究——以美国为例

Research on Physical Environments of Dementia Care Facility under"Person-Centered Care"Philosophy:A Case Study of Facilities in the United States

以人为中心的照护理念是近年来全球认知症照护领域的共识。在该理念推动下,发达国家认知症照料设施护理文化发生了"文化转变",并带动空间环境设计产生了巨大的变革。本文以笔者实地调研的十二所美国认知症照料设施为例,分析以人为中心的照护理念下照料设施空间环境的设计策略与方法,并对我国认知症照料设施的设计进行反思与建议。

Recently,Person-centered care has become a consensus in global dementia care field.Driven by this concept,the care culture of dementia care facilities in developed countries has undergone"Culture Change",and has led to tremendous revolution in the design of physical environments.This study takes twelve dementia care facilities in the United States as cases,analyzes their design strategies and methods that support Person-centered care and puts forward reflections and suggestions on the design of dementia care facilities for China.
