不同株行距和种茎对浙贝母生理生化特性影响

摘要 目的:响应国家精准扶贫政策,引进浙贝母至万州区龙驹镇进行标准化种植,分析浙贝母不同株行距和种茎大小对其生理生化特性的影响,为浙贝母标准化种植提供参考。方法:4个不同种源浙贝母引种栽培至万州区龙驹镇,通过测定光合色素含量、保护酶活性以及丙二醛、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白等生理生化特性,分析株行距和种茎大小对种植浙贝母的影响。结果:不同种源浙贝母的株行距和种茎大小对其生理生化指标的影响具有显著差异性。株行距对光合色素含量与可溶性糖含量的影响力较大;种茎大小对光合色素含量,3种保护酶活性及可溶性糖含量的影响较大。4种不同种源浙贝母栽培时以株行距为RS2(株行距:15 cm×25 cm)和种茎大小为SSG2(二级,81~120个/千克)为优。结论:株行距与种茎大小对浙贝母的生长均有显著影响,万州龙驹栽培浙贝母时应选择二级种茎并适当扩大株行距进行种植,以期提高浙贝母的产量和质量,解决当地贫困现状。 Objective:In response to the national targeted poverty alleviation policy,Fritillaria thunbergii Miq was introduced to Longju Town,Wanzhou District for standardized planting,and the effects of different row spacing and stem size on physiological and biochemical characteristics of F.thunbergii were analyzed,so as to provide reference for standardized planting of F.thunbergii.Method:Four different provenances of F.thunbergii were introduced and cultivated in Longju Town,Wanzhou District.The effects of plant row spacing and seed stem size on planting F.thunbergii were analyzed by measuring photosynthetic pigment content,protective enzyme activity,malondialdehyde,soluble sugar,soluble protein and other physiological and biochemical characteristics.Results:The effects of row spacing and stem size on physiological and biochemical indexes of F.thunbergii from different provenances were significantly different.Plant row spacing had great influence on photosynthetic pigment content and soluble sugar content;seed stem size had a great influence on photosynthetic pigment content,three protective enzyme activities and soluble sugar content.The results showed that RS2(row spacing:15 cm×25 cm)and SSG2(secondary,81-120 cells/kg)were the best for the cultivation of F.thunbergii from four different provenances.Conclusion:The growth of F.thunbergii was significantly affected by the plant row spacing and seed stem size.The secondary seed stem should be selected and the plant row spacing should be appropriately expanded when cultivating F.thunbergii in Longju Town,Wanzhou District,in order to improve the yield and quality of F.thunbergii and solve the local poverty situation.
