石墨烯溶胶对NaCl胁迫下蓖麻种子萌发的影响

摘要 石墨烯具有独特结构和优异性质,在众多领域得到了广泛应用。为了研究石墨烯溶胶对蓖麻种子萌发的影响,以淄蓖3号为材料,研究不同浓度NaCl胁迫下,0.5 mg/L和2 mg/L石墨烯溶胶对蓖麻种子萌发的影响。结果表明,盐胁迫下添加两种浓度石墨烯溶胶能够显著地提高蓖麻种子在NaCl胁迫下的发芽率,且2 mg/L石墨烯可以促进蓖麻种子根系的形成。 Graphene has been widely used in many fields due to its unique structure and excellent properties.In order to study the effect of graphene sol on castor seed germination,Zibi No.3 was used as material to study the effect of 0.5 mg/L and 2 mg/L graphene sol on castor seed germination under different concentrations of NaCl stress.The results showed that adding two concentrations of graphene sol under salt stress could significantly promote the germination rate of castor seeds,and 2 mg/L graphene could promote the root formation of Castor seeds.
