地参主要化学成分及生物活性研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 综述了地参的化学成分、营养成分、生物活性和开发利用现状等方面的研究进展。结果发现:地参主要化学成分有酚酸类、多糖、黄酮类和三萜类,营养成分包括丰富的糖类、氨基酸、维生素和矿物质元素,具有显著的抗氧化、降血糖血脂、提高免疫力和抗肿瘤等生物活性,目前已被开发成包括地参酸奶、地参酸辣发酵羊蹄等在内的各种休闲食品或功能性食品。进一步开展地参中化学成分及生物活性研究对其规模化种植和质量标准的建立将具有重要的现实意义。 This paper reviewed the research progress in the chemical composition,nutritional composition,biological activity,development and utilization of Lycopus lucidus var.hirtus Regel.The results showed that the main chemical components included phenolic acids,polysaccharides,flavonoids and triterpenic acids,the nutrients are sugars,amino acids,vitamins and mineral elements.It has significant biological activities such as anti-oxidation,lowering blood glucose and blood lipid,improving immunity and anti-tumor.At present,L.lucidus has been developed into a variety of leisure food or functional food,such as L.lucidus yogurt,rhizome sour and spicy fermented sheep′s feet.Further research on the chemical composition and biological activity of L.lucidus have important practical significance for its large-scale cultivation and the establishment of quality standards.
