摘要
大容量永磁电机的磁极装配难度较大,不仅装配顺序需考虑平衡磁拉力,减小对轴承的影响;同时还要避免磁极承受较大的受力以致磁极损坏。因此采用有限元分析的方法,对磁极所受电磁力进行分析计算,根据分析结果对磁性转子进行工艺设计,提高了磁极装配的可靠性。
The magnetic pole of the high-capacity permanent magnet motor is difficultly assembled,since both magnetic pull balance and less influence on bearing should be considered in the assembly sequence,and the damage to magnetic pole caused by large force needs to be avoided.Therefore,the finite element analysis method has been used to analyze and calculate the electromagnetic force on magnetic pole.The magnetic rotor has been designed in process based on the analysis results,which improves the reliability of the magnetic pole assembly.
