Cause Analysis and Prevention of Breakage of Stator Bar of Large Turbo-type Generator

大型汽轮发电机运行时容易发生较大的振动,严重时造成发电机线棒股线断裂,致使发电机内冷水系统漏氢等事故,本文通过某电厂的一起600 MW汽轮发电机线棒股线断裂造成内冷水漏氢严重超标,最终更换整台线棒的事件,从不同的角度分析了线棒股线断裂原因,可有效预防发电机线棒股线断裂,为专业人员提供经验参考。

Since the large turbo-type generator is easily vibrated during operation and such vibration may cause the breakage of generator stator bar and the hydrogen leakage of internal cooling water system when serious,the reasons for breakage of stator bar have been analyzed in this paper from different perspectives based on a case of serious hydrogen leakage of internal cooling water system caused by the breakage of a 600MW turbo-type generator stator bar and the replacement of the whole stator bar,which can effectively prevent the breakage of generator stator bar and provide the experience reference for professionals.
