摘要 阐述了国际首个大功率高温气冷堆商业示范工程项目用驱动电机制造的先进技术,提出了解决高转速电机制造的工艺方法。通过自主创新、自我探索,在制造过程中不断探索,结合实际工艺经验,编制了详细的工艺方案,利用现有的设备能力,生产出满足技术要求的产品。电机一次启动成功,顺利通过各种机械、电气性能试验,填补了国内空白。 This paper has expounded the advanced manufacturing technology of driving motor for the world’s first commercial high-power high-temperature gas-cooled reactor demonstration project,and proposed the process method of high-speed motor manufacturing.With the independent innovation,the self-exploration and the continuous exploration in the manufacturing process,the detailed process plan has been prepared based on the actual process experience,so as to produce products meeting technical requirements under the existing equipment.It has been successfully started up at one time and passed the various mechanical and electrical performance tests,so that China’s gap can be filled in.
