Analysis on Oil Leakage of Thrust Bearing of Vertical Motor

通过立式电机在用户现场出现推力轴承漏油为事例,分析几种引起立式电机推力轴承油箱漏油的可能性,并逐一进行排除。最终提出了通过改善电机内部补气通道以及更换浮动密封圈改善稳油条件的方式,解决了立式电机推力轴承漏油问题。该问题的解决对于我公司后续产品改进及开拓市场有着积极意义。

With the oil leakage of thrust bearing of vertical motor on the site of users taken as an example,this paper has analyzed several possible causes for such leakage,and eliminated them one by one,and finally proposed the way to improve the oil stability conditions under the perfection of internal air supply channel of motor and replacement of floating seal ring,so that this problem can be solved.The solution of this problem is of positive significance to our subsequent product improvement and market development.
