获得感视角下的学生党员培养体系探索——“一带一领”工程构建

Exploration of Student Party Member Cultivation System from the Perspective of Sense of Gain——Construction of the“One Belt,one Collar”Project

学生党员的培养是基层党组织的一项重要任务,党员培养的质量也关系着党组织的先进性和战斗力。管理学院学生党支部构建从"获得感"角度思考的学生党员培养体系,通过一系列层级式的规范化实践项目,使学生党员参与并投入志愿服务实践活动,从知识收获、行为规范、体系优化到情感归属的获得感逐渐内化,持续产生正向主观感受,进而坚定理想信念。

The cultivation of student Party members is an important task of primary party organizations,and the quality of the cultivation of party members is also related to the progressiveness and combat effectiveness of party organizations.Management of college students’party branch is set from“feeling”perspective of student party member training system,through a series of hierarchical type standardization practice project,which make the student party members to participate in and volunteer service activities,gain skills,experience,trust,respect,faith,etc,and continue to produce positive subjective feeling,and as the firm ideal faith.
