潮商文化在地方高职院校传承创新研究——以汕头职业技术学院为例

Study on the Inheritance and Innovation Mode of Chaoshang Culture in Local Vocational Colleges——A Case Study of Shantou Polytechnic

潮商文化是中国传统文化的重要组成部分,是最具影响力和生命力的优秀商帮文化。在地方高职院校传承创新潮商文化,有利于拓宽潮商文化传承创新的途径、树立文化自信;有利于丰富大学校园文化,为高职院校"立德树人"、培养"职业精英"提供文化支撑。高职院校传承创新潮商文化是一个宏大的系统性工程,需要整合政府、社会、高职院校等多方力量并使之形成合力,地方政府的有效引领、两大团队的高效传研、两类实践课程的有效开展、三大传承阵地的打造以及配套制度的完善是潮商文化在高职院校传承创新的重要途径。

Chaoshang culture is an important part of Chinese traditional culture,and it is the most influential and vitality of the outstanding business culture.Inheriting and innovating the culture of Chaozhou merchants in local higher vocational colleges is conducive to broadening the ways of inheriting and innovating Chaozhou merchants’culture and establishing cultural confidence;it is also conducive to enriching campus culture and providing cultural support for higher vocational colleges to“cultivate morality and cultivate talents”and“professional elites”.The inheritance and innovation of Chaoshang culture in higher vocational colleges is a grand systematic project.It needs to integrate the government,society and higher vocational colleges together to form a five in one inheritance and innovation mode of“local government guidance”,the establishment of“two teams”,the development of“two types of practical courses”,the creation of“three inheritance positions”,and the improvement of supporting systems.
