大学生孤独感与一般自我效能感及社交回避的相关研究

A Correlation Study on College Students’Loneliness,General Self-efficacy and Social Avoidance

目的:了解大学生的孤独感现状及其与一般自我效能感、社交回避之间的关系。方法:采用UCLA孤独感量表、一般自我效能感量表和社交回避及苦恼量表对271名大学生进行问卷调查。结果:(1)大学生孤独感普遍较高,在不同年级上存在显著性差异;(2)孤独感和一般自我效能感存在显著负相关(r=-0.202,p <0.01),与社交回避存在显著正相关(r=0.434,p <0.01),一般自我效能感和社交回避存在显著负相关(r=-0.193,p <0.01);(3)孤独感、一般自我效能感对社交回避具有显著的预测作用,孤独感在一般自我效能感与社交回避之间起到部分中介作用。

Objective:Understand the current situation of college students’loneliness and its relationship with general self-efficacy and social avoidance.Methods:UCLA loneliness scale,general self-efficacy scale and social avoidance and distress scale were used to survey 271 college students.Results:(1)The loneliness of college students is generally high,and there are significant differences in different grades;(2)There is a significant negative correlation between loneliness and general self-efficacy(r=-0.202,p<0.01),which is related to social avoidance significantly positive correlation(r=0.434,p<0.01),general self-efficacy and social avoidance have a significant negative correlation(r=-0.193,p<0.01);(3)loneliness and general self-efficacy have significant effects on social avoidance.The predictive effect of loneliness is part of the mediating role between general self-efficacy and social avoidance.
