信息化背景下应用型高校工程造价专业核心课程教学探讨

An Exploration of Core Courses of Engineering Cost in Application-oriented University under the Background of Informatization

建筑行业信息化时代的到来为工程造价领域带来了新的机遇和挑战,培养适应行业需求的复合型人才是应用型高校工程造价专业教育的目标。工程造价核心课程分为计量与计价传统课程和软件类信息化课程,当前核心课程教学中存在着基础知识衔接差、实践少、信息化课程跟不上软件更新速度等问题。通过优化课程设置,使用线上教学资源和BIM信息化技术,采用以赛促学、统一图纸、师生换位和翻转课堂等方法进行核心课程的教学改革可以提高学生的专业技能,促进培养目标的实现。

Construction industry informatization era brings new opportunities and challenges to the field of engineering cost.Cultivating composite talents that meet the needs of the industry is the goal of application-oriented engineering cost professional.The core courses of engineering cost are divided into measurement and valuation traditional courses and software informatization courses.At present,the core curriculum teaching has problems such as poor connection of basic knowledge,little practice,and informatization courses cannot keep up with the speed of software update.The methods of optimizing the curriculum,using online teaching resources and BIM information technology,participating in subject competitions,and exchanging roles of teacher and students can improve students’professional skills and promote the realization of training goals.
