摘要
目的:观察核心稳定性训练联合电针对脑卒中偏瘫患者运动功能改善情况。方法:将152例脑卒中偏瘫患者,按照随机数字表法分为2组,研究组和对照组均应用电针治疗,研究组在电针治疗基础加上核心稳定性训练,2组疗程均为30 d,在治疗前后对患者的Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分(FMA)、Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分、功能性步行量表(FAC)分级、粗大运动功能测量表66(GMFM-66)评分、躯干损害量表(TIS)评分、日常生活活动能力(ADL)评分、10 m最大步行速度(10 mMWS)、生活质量(QOL)评分、稳定指数(SI)评分进行比较。结果:治疗后,2组FMA评分、BBS评分、FAC分级、GMFM-66评分、TIS评分较前改善,研究组FMA评分、BBS评分、FAC分级、GMFM-66评分、TIS评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组动态运动功能较前改善,研究组治疗后ADL评分、10 m MWS、QOL评分均高于对照组,SI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:核心稳定性训练联合电针治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者对其运动功能的改善比单纯使用电针治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者效果要好。
Objective:To observe the improvement of core stability training combined with electroacupuncture on motor function in patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods:A total of 152 cases of patients with hemiplegia after stroke were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.Both the study group and the control group were treated with electroacupuncture,and the study group was additionally given core stability training.Both groups were treated for 30 days.Before and after treatment,the scores of Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA),Berg Balance Scale(BBS),66-Item Gross Motor Function Measure(GMFM-66),Trunk Impairment Scale(TIS),Activity of Daily Living(ADL),Quality of Life(QOL)and Stability Index(SI),the grading of Functional Ambulation Category(FAC),and maximal walking speed over 10 m(10 mMWS)were compared.Results:After treatment,the scores of FMA,BBS,GMFM-66 and TIS as well as FAC grading in the two groups were improved when compared with those before treatment,and the above scores and grading in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the dynamic motor function in the two groups was improved when compared with that before treatment;the 10 m MWS and the scores of ADL and QOL in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the SI score was lower,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of core stability training combined with electroacupuncture for patients with hemiplegia after stroke has better improvement effect on their motor function than that of simple electroacupuncture.
