穴位按摩联合低分子肝素预防性治疗剖宫产术后下肢深静脉血栓形成临床研究

Clinical Study on Point Massage Combined with Low Molecular Weight Heparin inPreventing Deep Venous Thrombosis After Cesarean Section

目的:观察穴位按摩联合低分子肝素预防性治疗剖宫产术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床疗效。方法:选取92例接受剖宫产术生产的产妇,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各46例。对照组给予低分子肝素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予穴位按摩。比较2组临床症状评分、下肢血流速度及血管内径、凝血指标及术后并发症发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组产妇术后下肢压痛、肿胀、酸胀、疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血流速度高于对照组,血管内径低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组凝血酶时间(TT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)以及活化部分凝血酶时间(APTT)水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率为2.17%,低于对照组19.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位按摩联合低分子肝素预防性治疗剖宫产术后下肢深静脉血栓形成,可以改善凝血指标,提高下肢血流速度,降低术后并发症发生率。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of point massage combined with low molecular weight heparin in preventing deep venous thrombosis after cesarean section.Methods:A total of 92 cases of puerpera undergoing cesarean section were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with low molecular weight heparin,and the observation group was additionally treated with point massage based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical symptom scores,the blood flow velocity and blood vessel diameter of lower extremity,the coagulation indexes and the incidence of postoperative complications in the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the scores of tenderness,swelling,soreness and pain in lower extremity in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood flow velocity in the observation group was faster than that in the control group,and the blood vessel diameter was smaller,differences being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of thrombin time(TT),prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications was 2.17%in the observation group,lower than that of 19.57%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Point massage combined with low molecular weight heparin in preventing deep venous thrombosis after cesarean section can improve coagulation indexes and blood flow velocity of lower extremity,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
