境外新冠肺炎“超级传播者”对卫生检疫工作的启示

Analysis of COVID-19 super-spreaders abroad for health inspection

传染病的超级传播者及超级传播事件对疫情暴发及口岸防控具有重大现实意义。本文在总结超级传播者特征理论层次的基础上,结合环境、宿主、病毒因素,分析了新冠肺炎超级传播者引发疫情跨境跨地区传播产生严重后果的实际案例。同时联系我国卫生检疫工作,提出超级传播事件的针对性预警、防范措施,为口岸传染病特别是新冠肺炎疫情防控和决策提供科学依据,并为卫生检疫发展提供新的思路。

There is the practical significance to the investigate infectious disease super-spreaders and super-spreader events for outbreak containment and disease control at ports. The epidemiological characteristics about super-spreaders were summarized and defined in this paper.Based on the factors about environment,host and virus characteristics, the actual cases about cross-border transmission caused by COVID-19 super-spreaders were analyzed.In association with health quarantine at ports in China,the specific early-warning and prevention measures for super-spreader events were also presented. The scientific evidences for epidemic prevention and decision-making about infectious diseases such as COVID-19 were provided. The new ideas for the development about health quarantine were proposed.
