5E护理管理模式配合人文关怀对糖尿病足患者自我效能及并发症风险的影响

Effect of 5E Nursing Management Model Combined with Humanistic Care on Patients with Diabetic Foot

目的:探讨5E护理管理模式配合人文关怀对糖尿病足(DF)患者自我效能及并发症风险的影响。方法:选取90例DF患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各45例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上给予5E护理管理模式配合人文关怀。比较干预前及干预3个月后两组自我效能[采用糖尿病自我效能量表(DSES)]、生活质量[采用糖尿病特异性生命质量测定量表(A-DQOL)]及心理状态[采用心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)];比较两组并发症发生情况。结果:干预3个月后,研究组DSES各项评分均高于干预前和对照组(P<0.05);干预3个月后,两组A-DQOL各项评分均低于干预前(P<0.05),且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);干预3个月后,两组CD-RISC各项评分均高于干预前(P<0.05),且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组间歇性跛行、缺血、慢性溃疡发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:DF患者采用5E护理管理模式配合人文关怀,有助于提升其自我效能能力,改善患者心理状态及生活质量,降低疾病并发症发生风险。

Objective:To explore the effect of 5E nursing management model combined with humanistic care on patients with diabetic foot(DF).Methods:A total of 90 cases of DF patients were selected as the research subjects,and divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was combined with 5E nursing management model and humanistic care on the basis of the control group.Comparison was made before intervention and after 3 months of intervention,on the self-efficacy[diabetes self-efficacy scale(DSES)],quality of life[adjusted diabetes quality of life scale(A-DQOL)]and psychological status[psychological resilience scale(CD-RISC)]between the two groups,and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After 3 months of intervention,the scores of items of DSES in study group were higher than those before intervention(P<0.05),and higher in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of items of A-DQOL in the two groups were lower than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the scores in the study group lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of items of CD-RISC in the two groups were higher than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the scores in the study group higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rates of intermittent claudication,ischemia and chronic ulcers in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:5E nursing management model combined with humanistic care for DF patients can help improve the self-efficacy,promote the psychological status and quality of life,and reduce the risk of disease complications.
