摘要
体力劳动与脑力劳动的割裂,劳动与闲暇的割裂,劳动的个体价值与社会价值的割裂,以及直接劳动教育与间接劳动教育的割裂是劳动教育的历史困境。随着当代劳动的变化,以融合的思维看待劳动教育具有时代意义,它利于全面地理解劳动,符合当代劳动的特征,利于消除阶层对立,更利于提升教育的效果。基于劳动教育割裂的历史困境和融合的时代要求,当代劳动教育应该开展"体脑"融合的劳动教育,重视劳动与精神生活的互动,引导学生树立全面的职业观,提升间接劳动教育的自觉性。
The separation of physical labor and mental labor,labor and leisure,labor’s individual value and social value,and direct labor education and indirect labor education are the historical dilemmas of labor education.With the changes of contemporary labor,it is crucial to treat labor education with integrated thinking,which is conducive to a comprehensive understanding of labor,in line with the characteristics of contemporary labor,in favor of eliminating class antagonism,and in favor of improving the effect of education.From the historical dilemma of the separation of labor education and the requirements of the era of integration,contemporary labor education should carry out the labor education with the integration of"body and brain",attach importance to the interaction between labor and spiritual life,guide students to establish a comprehensive career view,and improve the consciousness of indirect labor education.
