新时代劳动教育课程的现实样态与逻辑路向 被引量:61

The Realistic State and Logic Direction of Labor Education Curriculum in the New Era

摘要 劳动教育是新时代中国特色社会主义教育体系的重要组成部分,对于培养担当中华民族伟大复兴重要使命的新时代合格公民具有重要作用。但是,当前人们对于新时代劳动教育课程在实践中推进情况缺乏客观全面的把握。本研究以义务教育为研究对象,基于对东中西部13个省136个区县的625名政府和教育行政部门行政人员、18305名学校领导和教师、20425名学生的问卷调查和部分访谈,分析了新时代劳动教育课程的现实样态,并提出了新时代劳动教育课程的逻辑路向:即四位一体,劳动教育课程的规范发展逻辑;四方联结,劳动教育课程的特色发展逻辑;四域融合,劳动教育课程的高质量发展逻辑;四维拓展,劳动教育课程可持续发展逻辑。 Labor education is an important part of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics in the New Era and plays an important role in cultivating qualified citizens who are responsible for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.However,the understanding of current situation of labor education curriculum in the New Era is not objective and comprehensive.Therefore,taking compulsory education as the research object,based on the questionnaire survey of 625 government and education administrative department administrators,18305 school leaders and teachers,20425 students from 136 districts and counties of 13 provinces in the East,the Central and Western regions,this paper analyzed the current situation of labor education curriculum in the New Era,and put forward the logical direction of labor education curriculum in the New Era,which are four in one promoting standard development of labor education curriculum,four areas integration promoting high-quality development of labor education curriculum,four aspects of connection promoting characteristic development of labor education curriculum,four dimension expanding promoting sustainable development of labor education curriculum.
